Bedeutung: Fuß – Faust – Weg. Ursprungsort ist Korea. Seit 2000 ist Taekwondo eine olympische Disziplin. Unser Verein “Songokus Taekwondo e.V.” ist Mitglied in der Nordrhein-Westfälische-Taekwondo Union e.V. und der Deutschen Taekwondo Union e.V..

Die Schülergraduierungen gehen abwärts vom 10. Kup bis 1. Kup. Die Meistergraduierungen (Schwarzgurt) aufwärts vom 1. Dan bis 9. Dan.
